Churches are welcome to start a common commission chapter so long as congregants and their pastor or priest can agree to have unity with other denominations in preaching the common faith. Common Commission’s goal is to preach “step 1” of the Christian faith. Which is repentance and faith in Jesus and his finished work for justification as well as immediate encouragement for the newly justified believer to be baptized in the Trinitarian formula (liberty is given to each denomination on whether to encourage infant baptism for the children of the new believer). 

 

A church may join the organization if they adhere to 9 essential beliefs that will be disclosed in a vetting process.​

Our proposal is that any church can choose to have a common commission ministry in their church after this vetting process to ensure doctrinal purity and agreement in the 9 essentials. After vetting is complete, their church will be added to a map of all faithful common commission churches of all denominations.
